Credit Cards

| Transaction Method |
The transaction method to use for payments. The Authorize method only authorizes the transaction which can be captured at a later time. The Payment method instantly captures the funds from the customers paying account. |

| Verify SSL | Set this to True to verify the SSL Certificate when communicating with HTTPS servers. This is always on for Braintree transactions and only affects communications with the osCommerce website (for App updates). | True |
| SSL Version | Use the default cURL configured SSL version connection setting when making API calls to Braintree or force TLS v1.2 connections. A connection test can be performed using the Test Connection button to open a dialog window showing the results of the default configured SSL version and forced TLS v1.2 connections. |
